  • You can work out from the gym or at home. If you are at one all you will need is 1-2 sets of dumbbells and a fabric resistance band.

  • Yup! This is a group coaching setting but you will be working directly with Christie. You'll have access to ask Christie any questions in the group M-F as well as a monthly check-in.

  • I will calculate your macros and I am a firm believer that macros are the most efficient way to reach your weight loss goals. There are modules teaching you the best practices for food tracking. If there is a reason food tracking really does not work for you, we will chat through this.

  • 30-40 minutes

  • It’s a 12 week program and automatically rolls over month to month after if you want to stay on longer.

  • You’ll start on the following Monday from whenever you sign up!

Hi, I’m Christie! I’m 31, a wife, mom of two (boy, girl) and live in Connecticut. I’m a certified coach who lost over 100 lbs after having two pregnancies and have helped over 350 moms do the same. Together, we’ll transform your body and life with a plan that works for real moms, real schedules, and real results.
