You can work out from the gym or at home. If you are at one all you will need is 1-2 sets of dumbbells and a fabric resistance band.

Yup! This is a group coaching setting but you will be working directly with me. You'll have unlimited access to ask any questions in the group.

I will calculate your macros and I am a firm believer that macros are the most efficient way to reach your weight loss goals. There are modules teaching you the best practices for food tracking. If there is a reason food tracking really does not work for you, there are other strategies we can implement.

Hi, I’m Christie! I’m 31, a wife, mom of two (boy, girl) and live in Connecticut. I have been a weight loss coach since 2019. I have lost a combined 130 pounds after having two kids. Losing weight changed my life and allowed me to become the best version of myself in motherhood. Now I get to help you do the same.
